REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Wathome Kenneth, (2) Cosma Gaita Gatere and (3) three others, the registered Trustees of Nairobi Undenominational Church Registered, all of P.O. Box 53635-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all those pieces of land known as L.R. Nos. 21947, 21948 and 21949, situate in the City of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of grants, registered as I.R. 69065/1, I.R. 69059/1 and I.R. 69060/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grants are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue provisional certificates of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
