REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Karuri Wanguku (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Narok/Mutara South Block 1/6, situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas in the chief magistrate's court at Nanyuki in succession cause no. 93 of 2018, has issued grant in favour of Eliud Karuri Ngatia, and whereas the said Eliud Karuri Ngatia has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed issued is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of Eliud Karuri Ngatia, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Karuri Wanguku (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
