TENDER

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners of Audi A4, Reg. No. KBF 157E and Landrover Discovery KBR 920W, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles which are currently lying at Agba Motors Limited, Ngong Road, Hekima Gardens, Nairobi, upon payment of unpaid utility bills together with other costs that may be owed including cost of publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall shall be disposed of under the Disposal of Uncollecetd Goods Act, either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
