REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Titus Kisia, of P.O. Box 82883–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 0.1310 acre or thereabouts, situate in situate in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XXII/50, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
