REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Local Authorities Provident Fund (Lapfund), of P.O. Box 79592–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 12.14 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Kajiado/Kaputiei-North/52489, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card opened thereof has been lost/misplaced at Kajiado land registry, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a 2nd edition of the green card, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
