GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4654

WHEREAS, by Liquidation Order dated the 30th June, 2019, I appointed (1) Hesbon Mbuthia Kiura, Principal Co-operative Officer, Nairobi and (2) Joel Kipsanai Barbengi, Principal Co-operative Auditor, Elgeyo Marakwet to be liquidator for Nitunze Savings and Credit Co-operative Society Limited (CS/3109) in liquidation, for a period not exceeding one year and whereas the said (1) Hesbon Mbuthia Kiura, Principal Co-operative Officer, Nairobi and (2) Joel Kipsanai Barbengi, Principal Co-operative Auditor, Elgeyo Marakwet have not been able to complete the liquidation. NOW therefore, I extend the period of liquidation with effect from the 30th June, 2020 for another period not exceeding one (1) year for the said (1) Hesbon Mbuthia Kiura, Principal Co-operative Officer, Nairobi and (2) Joel Kipsanai Barbengi, Principal Co-operative Auditor, Elgeyo Marakwet to act as liquidator in the matter of the said Co-operative Society.
