NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner(s) of under-mentioned motor vehicles/salvages: KBQ 807C, Model: Scania P380 ZE 1481, Model: Trailer KCD 940Y, Model: Isuzu FSR KCE 043X, Chassis No. MC 2K2GRCOFC002925, Model: Eicher KAK 900W, Chassis No. KNAJA5535T5111625, Model: KIA 2820 2820 Which are lying at the premises of Messrs Crystal Motor (K) Limited, opposite General Motors, Mombasa Road, near Inland Container Depot, Nairobi to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding storage and repair charges and any other incidental cost incurred thereto at the date delivery is taken. If the aforesaid motor vehicles/salvages are not collected at the expiry of the notice mentioned above. The same shall be sold by auction or private treaty by Milestone Auctioneers, opposite General Motors, Mombasa Road near Inland Container Depot, of P.O.
