TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 4 OF 2020 By Kansagra Kumud Keshavlal, of P.O. Box 480-20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Keshavlal Devshibhai Kansagra, who died on 22nd July, 2019. CAUSE No. 9 OF 2020 By (1) Hellen Chebii Keter, (2) Mathew Kipkoske Keter, (3) Eunice Chepkoech Maritim and (4) Rebecca Chepkemoi Kamoing, all of P.O. Box 24-20205, Sosiot in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprono arap Maritim, who died on 13th November, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
