TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 8 OF 2020 By (1) Gerestina Naliaka Obaye and (2) David Muchuma Obaye, for a grant of probate of will to the estate of Obayo Marango Jiunywa alias Opiyo Muguro alias Opaye Marango, who died at Kaisagat Sub-location, on 30th June, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
