TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 590 OF 2018 By George Otieno Onyando, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Onono Onyando alias Onono Onyando, who died at Korando, on 12th March, 1990. CAUSE No. 205 OF 2020 By (1) Allan Otieno Akelo and (2) Steven Omondi Akelo, both of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elias Akelo Awasi, who died at Konya, on 5th May, 2003. CAUSE No. 220 OF 2020 By Danice Owuor Juma, of P.O. Box 1921, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owuor Akello, who died at Upper Kadongo, on 22nd July, 1995. CAUSE No. 221 OF 2020 By Pamela Adiemo Nyumba, of P.O. Box 1921, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Odiemo Nyumba alias Odiamo Nyumba, who died at Nyalunya, on 7th February, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. 230 OF 2020 By George Ganda Ojany, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ganda Ojany, who died on 10th July, 1994. CAUSE No. 232 OF 2020 By Danson Joshua Asiachi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Olume William, who died at Itumbu Sub-location, on 17th March, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
