TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 3 OF 2020 By Patrick Warunge Thuo, of P.O. Box 33065-00600, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administraiion intestate to the estate of Charity Karimi Thuo, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 10th November, 2004. CAUSE No. 156 OF 2020 By (1) Raymond Njenga Muigai and (2) Josephine Njeri Muigai, both of P.O. Box 250, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sarah Wambui Muigai, who died at Karuri Hospital in Kenya, on 6th February, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
