TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 72 OF 2020 By Janes Wasonga Omolo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dalmas Omolo Ooko alias Omolo Ooko, who died at Mubachi Sub-location, on 16th August, 1979. CAUSE NO. 73 OF 2020 By Michael Ouma Ogalo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Onyach Omolo alias Onyach Omolo, who died at Mubachi Sub-location, on 5th November, 1998. CAUSE No. 74 OF 2020 By Otieno Charles Omolo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Romanus Odsanga Omolo alias Odanga Omolo, who died at Mubachi Sub-location, on 10th June, 2003. CAUSE No. 86 OF 2020 By Birigita Akongo Duka, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silvery Duka Ologi, who died at Suna Wasimbete Location, on 2nd September, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
