TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 8 OF 2020 By (1) Gachihi Waithaka Muchiri and (2) Penis Nyaikamba Kubito, both of P.O. Box 266, South Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased's grandson and granddaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Penis Nyaikamba Rubia, who died at Kiambogo Sub-location, on 4th October, 1995. CAUSE No. 12 OF 2020 By Mary Njeri Kigo, of P.O. Box 348-20318, North—Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased's mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dorcas Karura Kigo, who died there on 23rd August, 2008. CAUSE No. 14 OF 2020 By Beth Njoki Mwangi, of P.O. Box 40, South Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Mwangi Mutuguti, who died at North Kinangop Catholic Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd November, 2019. CAUSE No 18 OF 2020 By (1) Jeremiah Githiga and (2) Regina Njoki Gichuhi, both of P.O. Box 38878-200100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's father and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Wanjiku Githiga, who died at Mercylight Hospital, on 5th February, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
