TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 335 OF 2020 By Alexander Muoki Nyumu, of P.O. Box 1-90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Beatrice Waeni Nyumu alias Waeni Nyumu, who died at Sengani. CAUSE No. 338 OF 2020 By (1) Reuben Mutua Kiema and (2) Julius Kyulu Kiema, both of P.O. Box 12-90304, Mavindini in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Kiema Kyulu Umola alias Kiema Kyulu Umla, who died at Itumbule, Machakos. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
