TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 26th June, 2020 THE KENYA GAZETTE 2721 CAUSE No. 78 OF 2018 By Josca Kabere Mukenya, of P.O. Box 14, Shianda in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mugenya Wamanya Salim, who died at Eluche, on 3rd December, 2004. CAUSE NO. 31 OF 2020 By Rashid Wanga Ondalo, of P.O. Box 15, Koyonzo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Ondalo Makokha alias Ondalo Makokha, who died at Koyonzo, on 1st June, 2002. CAUSE No. 431 OF 2020 By (1) Moses Otieno Warega and (2) Rodgers Odhiambo Warega, both of P.O. Box 7, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased's grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odhiatnbo Lubalo Warega, who died at I3ungasi Sub-location, on 15th December, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
