CAUSE No. 38 OF 2020 By Joshua Igunza Mungasia, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kavalla Muleke alias Kavalla Mukele, who died at Mudete, on 12th December, 1982. CAUSE No. 66 OF 2020 By Edward Otwere Ukiru, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otwele Ambasa alias Boaz Otwere, who died at Lyaduywa Sub-location, on 10th December, 2006. CAUSE No. 68 OF 2020 By Zepher Emodia, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Andwage Mwangani alias Peter Andwage, who died at Maguiu Sub-location, on 1st Janury, 1983.
