TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 236 OF 2018 By Julius Oduor Aduma, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Okech Aduma, (2) Ofwenje Aduma, (3) Agunja Aduma and (4) Odera Aduma, who all died at Ugunja, on 10th June, 1986, 10th June, 1986, 6th February, 2002 and 5th April, 2001, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
