TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 7 OF 2020 By (1) Muthoni Mungania, (2) Nkatha Mungania (3) Gideon Mugambi and (4) Silas Kimathi A. Mbui, all of P.O. Box 2694-60200, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Mungania Ayub, late of Kithoka Location, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 12th December, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
