REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Michael S. Kagwanja Muruanjuki (deceased), of Embu, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 4.05 hectares or thereabout, known as Kyeni/Kigumo/3524, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Embu in succession cause no. 1393 of 2002, ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Sara Giciku Kagwanja, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier in respect to the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed to the said Sara Giciku Kagwanja (ID/3307165) and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Michael S.
