Box 591-00900, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Asella Wangari Gitonga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Asella Wangari Gitonga, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Asella Wanjiru, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Asella Wanjiru only.
