TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 111 OF 2020 By Florence Nabwile Wekesa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenneth Murumba Nyongesa, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 11th April, 2013. CAUSE No. 112 OF 2020 By Philip Wafula Wanyama, of P.O. Box 1424-50200, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanyama Buchwayoi alias Buchwa Wanyama, who died at Lunao, on 11th April, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
