TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 37 OF 2019 By Mercy Wambui Kinuthia, of P.O. Box 33092-00600, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kinuthia Wainaina, who died at Karia Sub-location, on 21st May, 2018. CAUSE NO. 146 OF 2020 By (1) Josephat Mwangi Gathunya and (2) Samuel Karugu Nyingi, both of P.O. Box 32, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Wairimu Nyingi Komo, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 8th July, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
