TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 69 OF 2019 By Mbele Muhadia Anzeze, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Absalom Anzeze Musungu, who died at Evojo Sub-location, on 21st March, 2018. CAUSE No. 75 OF 2020 By Zibira Mmbone Mkunya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adego Nyangonda, who died at Hamuyundi Sub-location, on 1st July, 1990. CAUSE No. 45 OF 2020 By Samuel Lwugi Lidubwi, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Olwogi Matata, who died at Kisatiru Sub-location, on 18th May, 1974. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
