APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 55 (2) and 56 (1) of the Sports Act, 2013, the Judicial Service Commission appoints — Gichuru Edmond Kiplagat, Peter Ochieng Anyango, Mary Nyokabi Kimani, Jane Njeri Onyango, Ouko Gabriel John Ohanya, Elynah Wanyika Sifuna Shiveka, Allan Mola Owinyi, to be members of the Sports Dispute Tribunal, for a period of five (5) years, with effect from the 16th May, 2020.
