REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hassan Abdulkadir Aziz, as the administrator of the estate of Ahmed bin Mohamed bin Nassib Ali (deceased), of P.O. Box 86957-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor fee simple all that piece of land containing 103 acres or thereabout, known as Plot No. 842/I/MN (Orig. No. 234/2), registered as CR. 1873/1, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the district of Mombasa, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
