REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kipsinende Farmers Limited, of P.O. Box 249, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, registered under title Nos. Eldoret Municipality Block 28/20, Eldoret Municipality Block 9/2533, Eldoret Municipality Block 28/22 and Eldoret Municipality Block 28/19 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
