WHEREAS Optiven Enterprises Limited, of P.O. Box 623-00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, each, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title Nos. Kajiado/Kitengela/52562, 52557, 52542, 52563, 52565, 52552 and 52549 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period. WHEREAS John Mbui Nyaga (ID/3486163), of P.O. Box 437- 00618, Ruaraka in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Ruiru, registered under title No. Ruiru/Ruiru East Block 7/10 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
