REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Wilson Mujidu Menza (ID/5002898) and (2) Peninah Soipei Menza (ID/965493), c/o P.O. Box 768-80108, Kilifi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.0434 hectare or thereabouts, each, situate in the district of Kilifi, registered under title No. Kilifi/Mtondia/862 and 863 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
