REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Karanja Gikonyo (ID/0354314), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Thika, registered under title No. Thika Municipality/Kiganjo Farmers Block 30/1120, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and the missing land register is deemed to be of no effect.
