REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Catherine Kathambi (ID/8876382), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.194 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Meru, registered under title No. Nyaki/Kithoka-Mwanika/319 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card has been lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
