THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kuria Gatihu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.86 acre or thereabouts, situate in the district of Gatundu, known as Ngenda/Mangu/513, and whereas in the High Court at Nairobi in succession cause no. 111 of 2015, has issued grant and letters of administration to Francis Kimani Kuria, of P.O. Box 63316-00619, Nairobi, and whereas the land title deed issued issued earlier to the said Kuria Gatihu (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and issue a land title deed to the said Francis Kimani Kuria, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kuria Gatihu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
