GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3940

WHEREAS Ibrahim M'Mbijiwe M'Munyua alias Mbijiwe s/o Munyua (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Meru, known as Abogeta/U-Chure/1587 and whereas in the High Court in succession cause no. 14 of 2014, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Patrick Kirigia M'Mbijiwe and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land registered in the name of Ibrahim M'Mbijiwe M'Munyua alias Mbijiwe s/o Munyua (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of Patrick Kirigia M'Mbijiwe and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ibrahim M'Mbijiwe M'Munyua alias Mbijiwe s/o Munyua (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
