THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ludiah Chepkirui Boyen (deceased), of P.O. Box 19, Kiptere in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kericho/Kiptere/3395, situate in the district of Kericho, and whereas in the High Court at Kericho in succession cause 12th June, 2020 no. 46 of 2006, has issued grant and letters of administration to (1) Stanley Cheruiyot Korir and (2) Alfred Kipruto Korir, and whereas all efforts made to trace the land title deed have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to the said (1) Stanley Cheruiyot Korir and (2) Alfred Kipruto Korir and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ludiah Chepkirui Boyen (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
