APPOINTMENT

NOTICE is given that the High Court of Kenya at Milimani, Nairobi vide a court order dated the 27th February, 2020 issued a liquidation order against Concord Insurance Company Limited, of P.O. Box 30634-00100, Nairobi. The following orders were made: 1. An interim liquidation order be and is issued in respect of the company, Concord Insurance Company Limited. 2. That the official receiver be and is appointed as the provisional Liquidator of Concord Insurance Company Limited. 3. Cost of the petition shall be borne out of the Company assets. Creditors of the company are required on or before the 16th July, 2020 to send full particulars of the claims they may have against the company to the undersigned, the liquidator of the company, personally or by their advocates, to come in and prove their debts or claims set out in such notice, or in default thereof, they may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proven.
