NOTICE is given pursuant to sections 6 and 7 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to Chador Auctioneers to collect their goods and motor vehicle stored under Card Nos.: V519 KBN 835D Nissan Wingroard and goods under card No. G788, all lying uncollected at the premises of Foresight Motors Limited along Eastern By-pass, Ruiru. Further notice is given that unless the vehicle/goods are collected within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment to Foresight Motors Limited all the storage charges and any other incidental cost including the cost of publishing this notice, the same shall be disposed by way of private treaty or public auction without any further notice.
