NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the following motor vehicles who brought them for repairs at Ali's Garage, Malindi: Paul Muhia, owner of KCA 977A, Toyota Premio and the owner of KBH 522Z, Toyota Fielder. To take delivery of the said vehicles from Ali's Garage within fourteen (14) days of publication of this notice, upon payment of all outstanding charges including the charges for publication of this notice. Failure to which the goods shall be disposed by public auction or private treaty without reference to the owners in order to defray the storage and any other related charges in accordance with the Act.
