NOTICE is given under the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Mathew Okoth, the owner of motor vehicle KAC 443M, Mitsubishi lorry/bus, to clear outstanding service, repair and storage charges, within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice, failure to which the company shall be dispose of the said motor vehicle under the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected goods Act tpo recover the said chargers.
