TENDER

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicles KCF 068F, Volkswagen, KBU 654K, Toyota Premio, Forklift 3 tonnes (hyster), within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice to tke delivery of the said motor vehicles which are at Hariki Investment Limited, upon payment of all accumulated storage charges together with interest and cost of the publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed off under the Disposal of Uncollecred Goods Act, either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
