REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Songhai Investments Limited (private limited company), of P.O. Box 909-80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.0855, 0.0874, 0.0870 and 0.0835 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Malindi, registered under title Nos. Kilifinimba/1352, 1353, 1356 and 1357, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
