REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Mwangi Gichimu, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Diani/1528, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card thereof is lost, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said green card have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another green card and upon such opening the said missing green card shall be deemed obsolete and of no effect.
