NOTICE is given that a petition for liquidation of the above mentioned company by the company was on the 1st October, 2019, presented to the said court by the shareholders and directors and the said petition is set to be heard before the High Court seating at Nairobi at a date to be published and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may in person or by his advocate for that purpose request for a copy of the petition which will be furnished by the undersigned to on payment of regulated charge for the same.
