NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 20th November, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 736, in Volume DI, Folio 209/316, File No. MMXIV, by me, Caroline Wambui Wakaria (Guardian) of P.O. Box 10454-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Anthony James Ngure Preston (a minor), formerly known as Anthony Jomo Ngure, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Anthony Jomo Ngure, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Anthony James Ngure Preston, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Anthony James Ngure Preston only.
