NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 28th October, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2764, in Volume DI, Folio 290/5087, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Sandra Elizabeth Atieno Aluoch (Guardian), of P.O. Box 59032-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Ochieng Isaac Joshua Simbiri (a minor), formerly known as Isaac Joseph Ochieng formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Isaac Joseph Ochieng, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ochieng Isaac Joshua Simbiri, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ochieng Isaac Joshua Simbiri only.
