IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 11 (1) of the Kenya Maritime Authority Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure, Urban Development and Public Works appoints— ROBERT MUTEGI NJUE to be the Director-General of Kenya Maritime Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 15th October, 2020.
