REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Ngatia Kaibarari (ID/0982923) and (2) Lydia Wangeshi Ngatia (ID/3215530), are the proprietors in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.42 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Meru, registered under title No. Timau/Timau Block 4/208, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall construct a new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
