ACT
NOTICE is given according to section 5 of the Disposal of
Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, the owners of
KAW 855B MBenz Vito Blue, KAN 275C Toyota Mark 2 White,
KAD 211Z MBenz W124 Blue, KAZ 110F MBenz W203 Maroon,
KBZ 322A Toyota Mark X White, KBU 320Y MB W164 Silver, KCF
922L Ford Ranger Red, to collect the said motor vehicles within
twenty one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon
payment of owed money and storage charges failure to that,
SpannerHub Auto Garage Limited shall sell the said motor vehicles to
recover the cost and the storage charges under the said Act.
