IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 (3) of the State Corporations Act, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President and Commander- in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces, appoint— MAHBOUB MAALIM (AMB.) to be the Chairperson of the Council of Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, with effect from the 16th October, 2020, upto to 7th November, 2022.
