THE VALUATION FOR RATING ACT
(Cap. 266)
DECLARATION
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 of the
Valuation for Rating Act, Cap. 266 of the Laws of Kenya, the County
Government of Meru “declares” that the “Valuer” in preparing any
Draft Valuation Roll or the Supplementary Valuation Roll, needs
neither value nor include in the Roll the value of the land or the
assessment for improvement rate as required by paragraphs (c) and (e),
respectively of this section.
