REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) David Rodeny Green and (2) Deborah Rodney Green, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kilifi, known as Kilifi/Mtondia/182, and whereas the decision of Malindi ELC Case No. 25 of 2018, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Joe Kazungu Yaa Mangi, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue a new land title deed to the said Joe Kazungu Yaa Mangi.
