WHEREAS Sailas Mliciome M'Mboroki (ID/2377359), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land situate in the district of Meru, registered under title Nos. Ngusishi Settlement Scheme/1968, 1969, 1970 and 1971, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land registers in respect thereof have been lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said registers has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall construct new land registers provided that no objection has been received within that period. Box 352, Githunguri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Ruiru, registered under title No. Ruiru East/Juja East Block 2/386, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue another land register and the missing land register is deemed to be of no effect.
